Veronica Avila has been our Director of Human Resources since April 2021. She is responsible for the overall leadership and administration of all human resources functions for Allegiance Refining.

 

Ms. Avila has more than 21 years of experience serving in various human resources roles for companies in the manufacturing, commercial real estate, oil and gas, and retail industries. She began her career in human resources with Padgett, Stratemann & Co., LLP where she served as a Human Resources Administrator. Ms. Avila then went on to serve in human resources leadership positions of increasing responsibility for companies such as NuStar Energy, Forum Energy Technologies, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Bridgestone Americas.

Ms. Avila received a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Management from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California.
