Wade Adkins serves as Allegiance Refining's President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Mr. Adkins oversees the company’s strategy, financial management, and operational execution.

Mr. Adkins has more than 20 years of global leadership experience in energy and finance, specializing in guiding companies through start-up growth, major acquisitions, and large-scale restructurings. He is recognized for simplifying complexity, strengthening governance, and aligning financial discipline with operational excellence.

Most recently, Mr. Adkins served as Executive Vice President and CFO at Global Clean Energy, where he led a $2.2 billion restructuring and guided the company to a successful emergence from Chapter 11 in under 120 days. He also co-founded Crossbridge Energy Partners, serving as CFO and co-leading the acquisition and financing of a 70,000-barrel-per-day refinery in Denmark from Shell. Earlier in his career, Mr. Adkins held senior financial leadership positions at Origin International and Laureate Education, building on his career start at RSM US LLP, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and financial audits across multiple industries, including oil and gas.

Mr. Adkins is a Certified Public Accountant and earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Salisbury University.
