OUR OPERATIONS

On December 15, 2020, Allegiance Refining became the operator of The San Antonio Refinery LLC (TSAR). Since that time, we have made substantial improvements toward maintaining safe and reliable refinery operations.

TSAR is a small, independent refiner with a permitted capacity of 21,000 barrels per day, processing crude oil and condensate primarily from the Eagle Ford basin. The refinery currently produces LPG, regular gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel, and atmospheric tower bottoms. TSAR is the only U.S. producer and one of only two producers in the world of JPTS for the U.S. military. There are approximately 195,000 barrels of storage capacity at the refinery and approximately 120,000 barrels of additional crude oil storage capacity at a crude oil terminal located in Elmendorf, Texas.
