OUR OPERATIONS

On December 15, 2020, Allegiance Refining became the operator of The San Antonio Refinery LLC (TSAR). Since that time, we have made substantial investments in our facilities as part of our commitment to ensuring safe and reliable refinery operations.

TSAR is a small, independent refiner producing more than 21,000 barrels per day, processing crude oil primarily from the Eagle Ford basin. The refinery currently produces LPG, regular gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel, and atmospheric tower bottoms. TSAR is the only U.S. producer and one of only two producers in the world of JPTS for the U.S. military. There are approximately 205,000 barrels of storage capacity at the refinery and approximately 130,000 barrels of additional storage capacity at our terminal located in Elmendorf, Texas.
