Everett Dallison
Everett Dallison joined Allegiance Refining in March 2021 and serves as our Director of Technical Services responsible for developing, managing, and integrating engineering best practices that strengthen facility safety, reliability, and profitability.
Mr. Dallison has more than 40 years of refining experience in areas relating to product and process optimization, process unit design, project leadership, and capital utilization. He began his career in 1983 with Ergon Refining in Vicksburg, Mississippi, as an Engineering/Execution Liaison, where he oversaw the design, management, and construction of numerous unit expansion projects during his 13-year tenure with the company. Mr. Dallison then moved on to serve as the Plant Manager for Direct Fuels in Fort Worth, responsible for leading operations and designing and constructing a transmix fractionation facility, gasoline blending facility, and terminal and loading operations. In 1998, he joined MPEC in Houston as a Project Manager. In this role, Mr. Dallison led numerous domestic and foreign conceptual design projects and analyses, including performing due diligence on behalf of Western Refining for its purchase of Chevron’s El Paso refinery. After 13 years with MPEC, Mr. Dallison went on to serve as Manager of Engineering and Project Liaison at Western Refining, where he spent five years overseeing the company’s contract engineering firms, including Jacobs, Mustang Engineering, Axens, and several others, for work on projects totaling more than $250 million. Prior to joining Allegiance Refining, Mr. Dallison shared his extensive project management expertise with several companies in various consulting roles on behalf of S&B Engineering in Houston and El Paso Consulting.
Mr. Dallison earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication while also studying engineering at Lamar University.
