Rudy Torres is our Director of Technical Services, responsible for developing, managing, and integrating engineering best practices that strengthen facility safety, reliability, and profitability.

 

Mr. Torres, who joined Allegiance Refining in June 2022 as a senior process engineer and later served as engineering supervisor, has 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining the company, he was the refinery site manager for Slate Refining LLC in Douglas, Wyoming, where he spent nearly two years operating a truck terminal and pipeline and refurbishing an idle refinery. Mr. Torres also served as the technical lead for the site's renewable diesel conversion project. Prior to this role, he held process engineering positions with refiner Delek US Holdings, Inc. and process industry firms Fixed Equipment Reliability LLC and Process Dynamics Licensing LLC. 
 

Mr. Torres received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
