Eric Almaguer serves as the Production Optimization Manager of Allegiance Refining focusing on following best industry practices for optimizing production and product quality at The San Antonio Refinery.

 

Mr. Almaguer has 29 years of experience in various operations management and supervisory roles within the refining and industrial manufacturing industries. He has been with the refinery for 17 years, first serving as a Tank Farm Operator and subsequently taking on more responsibilities as an Operations Board Operator, Specialist, Superintendent, and Operations Manager, ultimately earning his current role in September 2023. Mr. Almaguer also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1991.
