Brian Glenn serves as our Chief Commercial Officer overseeing crude oil acquisition and petroleum marketing.

 

During his more than 30-year career serving in multiple leadership roles within the oil and gas industry, Mr. Glenn acquired deep expertise in domestic and international energy trading and business development. He developed market intelligence and strategies that resulted in beneficial commercial opportunities in the areas of crude, products, and natural gas hedging and petroleum trading and transportation for several refining companies.

 

Mr. Glenn began his career with Texaco in 1988, where he spent nine years as a Senior Crude Oil trader based in its New York and Houston offices. He then joined Valero Energy Corporation in San Antonio, where he was eventually appointed to Director of International Crude Oil Trading, a position he held until 2010 when he became Vice President of Business Development for Falco Energy Transportation in Shreveport, Louisiana, which JP Energy Partners later acquired. From 2013 to 2017, he served as Director of Crude Oil Trading for PetroChina International (America) Inc. in Houston. Mr. Glenn then moved to SOCAR Trading (North America) in Houston as a Senior Crude Oil Trader, the last position he held prior to joining Allegiance Refining in September 2022.

 

Mr. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The University of Tulsa.
